These are printable on all the white areas you see with dye sublimation. The black area underneath the foot is composed of cotton for extra comfort, dry fitting, and a superb wear-ability and cannot be sublimated.
60% Polyester, 35% cotton, 5% elastane/spandex.
Print instructions: 400 degrees, 30-35 seconds under press.
